First, let's talk about the plan. We've broken it down into a two-week schedule to help you stay organized and focused.

Week 1:

Monday:

  • Update your website: Make it look so good, you'll want to buy your own listings. And make sure it's mobile-friendly because let's be honest, we're all on our phones 24/7.

  • Create a social media plan: Let's get social! Plan out your social media content for the week. And don't forget to sprinkle in some personality. People want to work with real people, not just a robot spitting out real estate jargon. Wish you could schedule your posts ahead of time all on one day?   • Research local events: Time to put on your networking shoes and attend some local events. Who knows, you might even make a new friend or two!

Tuesday:

  • Reach out to potential clients: Send some personalized emails and make those leads feel special. And for the love of all things real estate, proofread your message before hitting send!

  • Follow up with leads: Follow up with any leads from the previous week. Persistence is key, but also be mindful of not coming off too strong. (This can look like a friendly text)

Wednesday:

Thursday:
